The Steve Martin is an affectionate name Nico has for what is a heavily-modified 1st generation Martin classical backpacker. The modifications were done by an incredible luthier based in Blaine, Washington, by the name of Steven Ganz -- Steve essentially turned the Martin backpacker into a baritone (680mm scale) guitar by putting on a new top and new fingerboard. He also skillfully installed a Ghost MIDI onboard electronics system. Steve will absolutely be the go-to craftsman that will make the band's classical baritone when the day comes. Steve's hand-made classical guitars are absolutely out of this world.
